I sent a query to the watsapp group. Mali was there to help and to get to the route of the problem experienced. Results could not happen due to the outage experienced. He reported it,found answers and red flagged. I just have wait for technicians to find fault and fix it. Great service and feedback.

My experience with Afrihost has been amazing, the agents are kind understand your issue and tries to help to the best of their ability. Unfortunately Openserve makes their jobs a bit harder... Amazing team @ Afrihost: Sfiso M, Siphamandla N, Siphiwe M. I've dealt with these 3 agents and they clearly show that Afrihost is a top notch company. @ Management well done on having these amazing agents, I'm sure the company is overrun with top staff.
