Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy. JHB Water hit the fibre cable in our complex. Within less than an hour of reporting it to Afrihost, they had contacted OpenServe and a technician was on site.
