My service stopped unexpectedly last night. This morning I connected with Afrihost via their WhatsApp chat (link was in monthly email). The service was prompt and efficient. The agent refreshed my line and I powered down for 5 five minutes and service was back. Fortunately I had mobile data to use WhatsApp, otherwise it would be a problem. 😁
