I usually don't like doing reviews, but it helps with transparency for other people out there & for the business to see if they are doing things right. I have been dealing with Afrihost for around 20 years. All in all, they must be the best option out there for Fibre, Mobile packages, etc. Once you have had to deal with Helkom or (not so) Openserve or even Vodacom, MTN - you will have a refreshing experience with Afrihost. Just do some research first into the products & services. Or ask for them to call you if there is too much info overload on their website & you are unsure of which option to look into or choose. Try them for free too ... on current offers - under "Air Mobile" menu option.

It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.

Although my activation was delayed by 5 days because of issues on Vumatel’s side, I must compliment Afrihost on their excellent professionalism throughout the process.
