Called Afrihost after 2 years of not being a client to get information on my previous account and Nokwanda the agent was able to assist quickly and professionally within a few minutes whilst still keeping me informed via their WhatsApp channel and considering today is a public holiday 16 December.

Excellent customer services and very very speedy. I signed up yesterday. The customer journey was seamless as it took me 5min to sign up. Router has been delivered. Additional questions and updates already made. Literally just waiting on the Network Provider to contact me. Portia M was also very friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile and made everything very clear for me. Amazing services!
