After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots. Since moving from Telkom to Afrihost, I have only had 2 issues, both were related to Openserv's infrastructure and as such not the fault of my ISP, Afrihost. None-the-less, in both instances my queries were replied to quickly and satisfactory. Great job guys, keep it up. It will take a hell of a lot for anyone to convince me to use another ISP. I am an internet power user, playing online games, while streaming my gameplay live to various platforms. I am also a webdev/graphic designer who works remotely and since moving to Afrihost, I have never been dissatisfied.
