I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.

I have no issues with Afrihost, I am getting the speeds that were advertised, if I have an issues, I use the WhatsApp link on their website to get quick help
