There is no better Internet Host - Provider than Afrihost in South Africa. You can try - but as a host of multiple website for over 20 years, laying out fibre, you will make a big mistake using anyone else than Afrihost. I've learned my lesson the hard way, do not fall in the same trap - just use Afrihost!

My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!! In a country where good client service can be rare, Afrinatic is really a gem within Afrihost and deserves the highest praise, always extremely helpful and friendly and always does goes above at beyond. The place is very nice and delightful. When you get there the upfront personnel will check you in, and ask you to wait until your number is called. In the waiting room the staff actually offers water and coffee. I have been there 5 times and the waiting period is no more than 10 minutes. The staff at the counter are very sympathetic, friendly, and fast. The decoration is great too and the way Afrihost separated the counters from each other truly makes you feel that you are been attended at a small office. Also I have been using Afrihost for about 4 months now and I completely love it, my boss also has it in her house and she also likes it and never complained about it.
