I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.

His clear, simple.and easy instructions provided over the whatsapp chat helpline made it so easy for me as a user to do what was required to fix my issue. A gem of an employee. Afrihost is simply the best. Do not even think about Mweb they are nonsense. Afrihost is very timely in their response sometimes even on weekends. Their app is efficient as well. Top ups are fast and easy to do. Very good company to trust.
