It's very simple, I had an issue, Afrihost has an employer in David S who clearly understand his role because he immediately knew what my issue was. His clear, simple.and easy instructions provided over the whatsapp chat helpline made it so easy for me as a user to do what was required to fix my issue. A gem of an employee. Thank you Afrihost but more importantly, thank you David S! Soo happy to be back with Afrihost.

Any issue you have with connections. Just send WhatsApp and it will be sorted just like that by well trained technicians. For me Mkhanyisi did a great job!!

Afrihost is always helpful and sorts out your issues quickly. They are also very patient when you ask them dumb question LOL. I must say though I seldom have internet issues .

So far I am 100% happy. So much better than a Call centre aS THAT WASTE HUGE AMOUNTS OF AIRTIME . You do need to wait to make contact but still far far better than a call Centre and calls dropping.

We have enjoyed Afrihost as a service provider in a small town (Kenton on Sea) for approximately three and a half years. During that time the system has dutifully given the stated upload/download speeds (50/25) of our chosen package on a virtually uninterrupted basis - in fact I cannot recall system crashes on more than two or three occasions. We very recently purchased a new property in KOS and I had the delightful experience of Lebo assisting me in the transfer. Overall, I could not rate thr Afrihost experience more highly..!
