I am overall very happy with Afrihost. There are the odd occasions where the First line support doesn't have all the info on network outages and so forth, but they always do what they can to assist. Response times on E-mail and WhatsApp has been the best for me out of all the other providers I have had over the years.

So far over the past 12 years, I have had about a hand full of complaints from my clients regarding being down, and even then, about half the problems were not even related to Afrihost.
