I have on several occasions used Afrihost for fibre connectivity and they are quick and efficient and no holding on in callcentre queues, simply contact them on whatsapp or self service on their app CS Zone which is really easy to navigate.

Awaiting a SIM card for my recently applied contract - the staff have been extremely efficient and courteous-.The response via Whats App chat and telephonically have been really great. There seems to be an issue with Courier It delivering the SIM from their Durban branch so this needs to be looked into by Afrihost - possibly change your courier company as they are ' dropping the ball ' here !
