This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done

Highly recommend Afrihost as a service provider. Would still have preferred speaking to an agent via a phone line though instead of WhattsApp chat.

Afrihost has always been great. Now Vumatel part of it all and we still waiting for our WIFI to be relocated. Vumatel put in the cable and box but did not connect and ended up blowing another fibre line in the process.
