My experience with afrihost has been very pleasant, agent Nqobile N displayed excellent customer service, when an enquiry had arisen and I needed assistance, this agent was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed and was very patient, I am very proud to be a client of afrihost if this is the service I am to receive from every agent. It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.
