So far so good. Ordered my fibre on Tuesday. All was up and running on Friday. Their service is a refreshing uplifting hope for customer service in South Africa. They make use of latest technologies and processes. Only criticism would be to have a status update on each step, to remind one what is next and what is to be done, but their response time on enquiring is fast and on the ball.
