Best ISP I've ever dealt with! MWeb is useless, waited a week for any form of response, when I got a response it was to late! Because while waiting for mweb I simply downloaded the Afrihost App, added my address, selected a package, and within a day or two everything was sorted!! If I ever need any help, I simply request a callback on their App, and no longer than 5min later an agent will call me! Hands down best service ever!!!!!

Friendly service when you encounter any issues, which has been minimal in the 2 years of making use of their Fibre network. Even in loadshedding we always have a stable connection when multiple devices are connected. The services consultants are patient and very helpful and always direct you in the right direction
