Might be a bit more expensive than their competitors, but the service delivery makes it worth every penny. I have never struggled with an issue for longer than 20 minutes during all the years using them as my ISP, come weekends and even public holidays. More ISP's should strive for this excellence.

What great customer service and a warm welcoming experience at the head office. Felt like I was at a business lounge. The friendly lady at reception, made a great cappuccino, and Braydon went out of his way to help me, while I was enjoying my coffee .. I am pleasantly surprised.

Experience is always good but I think payfast need to work on there links that direct you how to do things "changing card info" it's not the same as what you see on the screen
