We live remotely and Afrihost continues to surprise me in a country where we often have to swallow bad service. No chatbots on their sites. Real life size humans who go the extra mile. If I could I would have given them a 10 star rating. Keep up the good work.

I received assistance from a gentleman by the name Hector N. I had an issue with my router as I spilled water on it, which made it switch off, then I dried it, waited for a day or two, then tried it again, then it switched back on, but there were no WAN options to choose from. 1. Firstly, Hector helped me understand the functions of an ONT, the LAN cable, the router and how all these three parts make up what connects me to the internet. 2. The router was clearly damaged, so we tried another, the access points of the new router showed up but there was no internet 3. Hector suggested I get a new router then he taught me how to do the activation so I don't need to reach out to Afrihost again This was such an eye opening session and I give Hector a 10/10, Afrihost as well, I have been with them since 2017 and I am still a happy customer

I recently signed up with Afrihost, and I mostly used WhatsApp to communicate. All those who responded, did so promptly and helped me every step of the way. They were friendly and helpful. I would gladly recommend anyone who would like Afrihost to be there hosting provider. Fast and efficient. My independent input as a new client.

Would like to commend Harold from the Technical Department for the most amazing service. I had an problem with connectivity that initially did not seem like it could be resolved. Harold went the extra mile to solve the issue - nothing was too much trouble. He continued to pursue the issue over a number of days and kept me informed all along the way. Since we got Afrihost as our ISP we have not had any issues whatsoever at all. I love Afrihost as our ISP and will recommend them to anyone looking for home Fibre. The service from the start has been awesome!
