I love Afrihost. I've been with them for years and haven't experienced major issues. I always receive excellent, friendly and efficient service from the Customer Support Center and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service provider that gets the job done in a quick and efficient manner. You can chat with them via WhatsApp too. It takes seconds to get in touch with a call centre operator and they are actually human! :-)

Excellent service over WhatsApp chat -- super quick and efficient. Much appreciated. You were able to address a billing concern and notified me of the solution.

Best internet experience since joining Afrihost 3 months ago after being with Telkom for may years. Their client service via WhatsApp is outstanding. Not holding on for minutes to talk to an agent and passed from one to another. One stop problem resolution.

Afrihost, is easy to work with, low hassle And quite upfront about their services (other companies hide their clawback fees, Afrihost tells you straight). The Customer Service, especially on WhatsApp, is friendly, quick and very helpful. It’s just too bad that referral codes don’t work for fibre. Other than that, I wish I could give them six stars. Truly, the best ISP experience I have had.

Seriously impressed by Afrihost customer service. Well done on taking this experience to another level! Other service providers have a longgggg way to go.
